This is a postcard for the Kaiser Wilhelm Thurm auf Spiegellust bei Marburg (picture 1, 4). 'Kaiser Wilhelm Thurm auf Spiegellust bei Marburg' means Kaiser Wilhelm Tower on Spiegellust near Marburg. Marburg is a town in Germany. 

The postcards was never posted but we can estimate the time is about 1910s as some words on the back of the postcard indicates it is a 1906's postcard (picture 3). I think this is an antique postcard. Through USA laws, an item is over 100 years old can be considered as antique. The postcard is still in good condition but please don't use brand new concept to buy the card as this is an at least 100 years old postcard.
