USED. OUTTER STEERING WHEEL IN Ready to RECOVER CONDITION, Peeling is evident in the photos..I bought one to recover and replace this one ....  Steering wheel is in solid condition aside from the outer cover peeling. They all eventually peel and need recovering.This condition is normal from sun and sweat damage. Plus I drive my 98 every day.. 300k and purrs like a kitten.. LOVE LOVE THIS TRUCK! Kicks ass driving the Cape Hatteras Sand. I will keep the new one clean and treated in the future…. 

Cruise Control is included. If your wires don’t match up to these, you may have to swap them out..If you don’t want the cruise I’ll knock of $30..There are some minor wiring differences over 1998 and the end of the 3rd Gen rigs in 2002
