With a buy 1 get 1 free shipping. I am no longer able to ship toques via standard shipping. Canada post is forcing me to ship via small packet to get a customs declaration form on the envelope.

All toques will now have tracking and insurance to the USA. 

To international countries outside of the USA It will be $11.99 and will be ship via small packet with no tracking or insurance.
