Measures:  16 inches long x 11 inches wide

This may be part of a writing or artist desk - however, I am unsure of the original purpose Wood board with cutout for hand makes this easy to hang up2 birds on branch painted in blues and white.  One perched, the other holding something in its claw to eat (a berry?). There is painless as shown in photos.
