Basics policies:

All sales are final, but I do I want you to be happy. I suggest you talk to me if there is a issue. If the package arrives damaged, photograph before opening in case the product is also damaged. This covers you. If there is no damage but the item is broken, contact me immediately. Arrangements will be made for return and refund. Please send photos of the damaged piece. PLEASE talk to me BEFORE opening a case with eBay. I’m not unreasonable if you’re not.

Shipping:

I recommend insurance on all packages over $100. This is an additional cost.

I do my best to ship the next day. It’s not always possible. I am the sole caregiver for my 96 year old mother with dementia. She comes 1st. All the money I make goes to pay for her care while I’m at work. I will combine shipping by flat rate or weight.

International customers:

All packages will ship USPS 1st class unless you request other shipping. Please note that packages over $100 require registration at an additional cost of $25.00. All packages shipped to Italy will require registered mail, no matter the cost. If you do not want registered mail I cannot assume responsibility for loss in shipping. Please contact me to discuss prior to making payment. Buyer is responsible for any taxes or charges levied by your country. I reserve the right to refuse shipment to any area where delivery could be affected by current political or situational activities.
