Very easy to grow, cold resistance, low maintenance.

Rose petals and rose hips (outer shell) are edible.They are the sweetest right after the first frost. Our rabbits enjoy them too.

Hips may be used for fresh eating, or made into jams or they can be dried for tea.

Dried hips may be refrigerated or frozen.

We are in zone 5 and we don’t use any chemicals in our garden.
