You will get the actual card shown in the photos.  Cards generally will be "Near Mint or Better" in condition, but some may have surface or other flaws that make them "Excellent".  

eBay describes "Excellent" as potentially containing moderate corner wear/multiple dinged corners, slightly rough edges with moderate chipping and/or light indentations, minor discoloration such as wax stains on the reverse, moderate surface indentations, minor surface wrinkles, moderate scratches/scuffing, and minor staining.  

eBay describes "Near-Mint or Better" as potentially containing minor corner wear, minor edge chipping, minor surface indentations, and minor scratches/scuffing, but free from creases, staining and discoloration.

1) "Best price?" - almost all of my listings are 'buy it now' with best offer on.  I do not negotiate against myself, so if you have an offer please make it.  

2) "Bulk discount?" - I will consider lower offers if you submit them for multiple listings. Again, if you have an offer, please make it - that is what the best offer feature is for, or at least include it in a message when looking to buy in bulk.
