Rare catalog in very good condition with minor rub and edge wear. Stapled spine from the manufacturer is secure without pages breaking loose. Tab dividers within are excellent except two that have creases and are now perfectly straight which does not impact the legibility. There is a small number one and number two written in pen on the margins as shown in the photos. At one time something stapled to the rear cover which left 4 tiny pinholes. It is free from moisture, odor and major creases.
