It has had a lot of work done by a professional boat builder namely:

Raised Gunwales, the beaching keels and main keel have all been replaced, all the fittings for seats etc are fibreglass so no wood to worry about.

The boat is in very good condition.

Comes with a four stroke Suzuki 6hp outboard, starts and seems to run well but could probably now do with a service.

There is no mooring available where the boat sits.
