Minor use marks visible on close inspection.  Battery compartment is clean.  The battery, while cool from a collecting point of view, kicks the package up over 1 pound.  If you don't want the battery, it will ship First Class package rate, and save a few bucks.  Contact me before clicking the Buy It Now button if you want to omit the battery.
