Heat Press Application Instructions :

- peel off the FA CUP protective white sheet before application )

- 150 deg cel temperature settings

- 18 seconds

- strong pressure

- if the patch is not fully stick, recover by pressing another 10 seconds

- do not wash the shirt for 48 hours

- preferably gentle hand wash cold to preserve the quality of the prints
