General Description:

The Russian made R-326 military man-pack receiver is provided for amplitude modulated and
telegraph (CW) signal receiving from 1MHz to 20 MHz frequency range.
It is double conversion super-heterodyne receiver.
It has 19 tubes 2 transistors and 6 semiconductor diodes.

Technical features:

It has 6 frequency sub ranges:

1-1.92 MHz
1.92-2.8 MHz
2.8-4.315 MHz
4.315-8.725 MHz
8.725-12 MHz
12-20 MHz

Tuning system is optical with photo scale, mechanical.

Sensitivity :

better than 4 micro volts in telephone mode,
better than 2 micro volts in telegraph mode.

Image rejection: min.60 dB.

IF rejection: min. 80 dB.

6 dB bandwidth: 300Hz-6 kHz, variable continually.

Audio frequency response: 300-3000 Hz/6dB.

Loaded output level: min. 4.4 V.

AGC: 60 dB @6dB input level variation.

Antennas :

- 1.5m whip,
- 4 m whip,
- 12 m slopped wire.

Outputs :

- TA-56M earphone (50 ohm),
