CMTOOL digital micron vacuum gauges use professional vacuum sensors to accurately and quickly measure small pressure changes within the vacuum and monitor the evacuation of refrigeration systems and heat pumps. 
The measurement is used to obtain information for achieving optimal dehumidification of the vacuum system and removal of foreign matter, such as oil, impurity gas, etc. Vacuum gauges can always be used with vacuum pumps (generating vacuum), a perfect combination for the detection of refrigeration and heating systems!

13 Measurement Units

The HVAC vacuum test gauges have more conversion units compared to other products. There are 13 conversion units in total (mmHg, inHg, umHg, ftH₂O,cmH₂O, inH₂O, Pa, Kpa, mbar, bar, Kg/c㎡,psi, oz/in²),sufficient to meet the demands of the job.

Backlighting & Power Saving

The digital micron vacuum gauge has a larger HD screen and a backlight feature that allows you to work in low light conditions. And it will automatically shut down after 10 minutes of unoccupied use can help you save power.

Humanization & Buzzer

The vacuum gauge has a built-in buzzer, which can be set in monitoring mode by customizing the pressure value to alert the alarm.

General Keystroke Guide

    Short press the "on/off key" to turn on the power, after the power on short press the "on/off key" to control the backlight switch, long press the "on/off key" to turn off the power.(No operation for 10 minutes to turn off the power automatically; no operation for 5 minutes to turn on the backlight, automatically turn off the backlight)."
    "℃ / ℉ key" short press can set the temperature unit (only the screen display temperature to play a role)I
    In normal mode, "Units key" short press to switch the unit (monitoring mode when setting the alarm pressure can not be switched)"
    "Max key" short press can switch the maximum and minimum value (in normal mode).
    "DIF key" short press can switch between normal mode and monitoring mode.
    In normal mode, press and hold the "HOLD key" to switch calibration mode.
    Pressure range 0.5-99kpa : less than 0.5 display "0.5", more than 99 display "------"

The digital vacuum gauge made by professional precision vacuum sensor has wide testing range and more accurate and fast.
The measuring range is 99999~0.1Pa (740000~0.75Micron), and the accuracy is ±5% (at 20℃).

About the Modes：
    Digital vacuum gauge is divided into two modes: normal mode and monitoring mode.
    The default mode is normal mode, short press "DIF key" to enter the monitoring mode, short press again to exit the monitoring mode.
    Monitoring mode, the temperature is displayed normally, the screen DIF light flashes, the period of 1Hz. buzzer three seconds once.

About Calibration：
The calibration is divided into four modes of calibration. Please press and hold the "HOLD key" in the normal mode to enter the calibration mode. When the screen shows CAL and the upper row of numbers shows 1, you can short press "DIF key" to switch the calibration mode. The number 1234 corresponds to four modes of calibration: Atmospheric calibration, Vacuum calibration, Custom calibration, and Restore factory calibration value.
