2023 1/10 oz American Gold Eagles (50-Coin MintDirect® Tube)
The new American Gold Eagle designs began appearing on these coins in mid-year 2021 and are set to keep being the standard moving forward. Jennie Norris, Mint Artistic Infusion Program designer, designed the prominent Gold coin artwork that portrays a close-up picture of America's national bird - the American bald eagle. The obverse has been changed with additional details from the first design by Augustus Saint-Gaudens from 1907.
