1942 Lincoln Cent PROOF 64 RD by NGC, Pf 64 Red, US Coin, Hard To Photo Coin.  A brilliant coin. The slab has an old sticker remnant on the front and on the back a "smear" in the plastic that does NOT block the coin.  Looks like someone used solvent to remove an old sticker.  This data is from the NGC website confirming the coin serial number:
