The pin is about 1 1/2 inches tall and about 2 1/2 inches wide at the wingtips.  

It is in good, used condition. There is light wear consistent with use. There is tarnish present that I have not attempted to clean. The wings move well as they were designed. 

The pin is labeled Sterling Germany and also has a hallmark on the back as you can see in my last picture. 

It weighs between 3/10 and 4/10 of an ounce (10.3 g).
