We recently purchased the inventory from a new and vintage toystore, and we will be listing more toys every day, so please favorite us, andcheck back often as we are excited to provide everyone with some brand new,factory sealed, new old stock. Unless otherwise stated, or if it is a vintageitem, our items are brand-new and, in some cases, still factory sealed.The packaging is unopened and free of major flaws or damages.

We may use stock photos from time to time, however, we make everyattempt to photograph the items as they are, just out of the case, etc. If youwould like additional pictures, we are more than happy to take additionalpictures. Some action figures, or certain collectibles may have differentvariations, or specific series etc. If it is not pictured, or you have anyquestions, please reach out before the auction or bin ends. In addition, if wehave multiple items, or you find additional items from another one of ourauctions, please let us know and we can always combine shipping etc.

We strive for 100% satisfaction with the product and service youreceive. Please let us know if you are unhappy with any part of yourtransaction. We will be sure to correct the problem in a prompt and courteousmanner.

Shipping& Handling

All orders will ship within one business day after your paymenthas cleared. We strive to make this part as easy as possible for our customers!Any orders placed after 2:00PM EST on Friday will not ship until the followingMonday.

We have all been buyers online and nothing is more frustrating than having anitem arrive and it is not properly packaged, all the more so if you are one ofour new items, intending to give a gift, and you can’t.

We make every effort to pack, and ship our items so they arrive inthe same condition you purchased them in. If you have any issues, we willalways work with you to make it right! Its just how a good relationship needsto be, and we want to earn your continued support!

International Shipping

We only ship internationally using the eBay Global ShippingProgram. To see the total import cost, add this item to your cart. There youcan see the final price. (You are still able to remove the item without beingcharged, fyi). If you unable to select a shipping option, eBay might notsupport your destination through the Global Shipping Program. In thissituation, we will be unable to sell you this item.

Returns

We are committed to providing you with excellent customerservice and we will go to great lengths to answer every question you have, requestsfor pictures, etc prior to the auction ending. Our policy is to accept returnswithin 10 days after delivery if there is an issue with the item itself. Youmust contact us if you have an issue and plan on a return so we know what toexpect. If you do not contact us before you send an item back, we cannot beresponsible for that item and/or a return. Again, if you are unsure about the item,please ask us for additional info prior to auction end so we can avoid thechallenges of a return.
