A genuine original poster advertising Shepherd Neame’s ‘Spitfire Kentish Ale’, published in 2006. This poster was part of Shepherd Neame’s advertising campaign created to run in conjunction with the 2006 FIFA Football World Cup tournament, hosted by Germany.
This amusing poster depicts a group of WW2 Home Guard soldiers marching with the slogan, “England’s Reserve Team”.
Dimensions: 610mm x 280mm.
Very good unused condition (the copywrite watermark on the photograph does not appear on the original poster).
