You can return the item back to us if for any reason you are not satisfied with it. Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt, and the item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt. Items must be packed as same as received. Items will not be accepted if they are in any way worn washed damaged or in any condition that they cannot be resold again.
We cannot refund the postage cost if any item wants to return due to personal taste or mistakes with incorrect sizes, Refund will be issued after minus the postage cost. On the returned items the cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers. Please note we cannot refund any item that has not reached us.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the reasonable cost of return postage which will be a maximum of £3.99
