Cute Cute Dress!  The pictures are the best description of the dress.  Blue floral semi-sheer chiffon outer layer with attached stretchy polyester slip lining.  Beautiful sequined neckline bodice - empire waist,  Adjustable straps - ruffled hem - a-line skirt- adjustable halter pullover dress.  Elastic back and with matching tie.  It is in perfect almost new condition.  My granddaughter wore this one time at a wedding - so wore it only for a couple of hours.
