Refunds & exchanges must meet these simple requirements:

  1. Item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please send back in original packaging if at all possible. New items will only be accepted in their original box. Software in retail boxes must be unopened and still sealed. 
  2. Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 
  3. RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be included with return inside/on box.
  4. All items from listings marked “as-is”, “defective”, “parts only” “incomplete” or with “No returns accepted”  are non-refundable except for cases of items not matching listing description i.e. wrong item(s) sent or item(s) not as described.

  • All our items (unless specifically noted) will have a sticker added with a serial number (e.g. EM180922112). To issue a RMA number we must first verify this number and match it to item sent. We will take 1-5 days to test/confirm condition of returned item before issuing a refund/exchange.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping cost to return  including brokerage fees. Make sure sender(you) is responsible for brokerage fees if this applies to the shipping method you choose for return.
  • We are not liable for lost or un-traceable packages. When returning any items to us, please use a Canada Post or USPS postal delivery with confirmation/ tracking number. Please email us tracking number.
