The motor can be fitted with a speed governor to control the speed (controllable range 0 - selected no-load speed).

The Motor can be reversed (switch motor terminals positive and negative to switch positive and reverse or with our speed control with positive and reverse speed governor, positive and reverse switch).

The motor has a power-off self-locking function, the maximum gear bearing force is about 30KG

Adopt high precision all metal gear, low noise, zinc alloy die-casting shell, stainless steel hardened output shaft.

The use of pure copper wire wound rotor is not easy to heat, and the service life is longer. Low resistance and high conductivity increase the torque of the motor.

The output shaft of the gearbox is arranged perpendicular to the motor shaft, and the output shaft of the motor body is relatively short compared to that of an ordinary gear motor, which makes it suitable for a wide range of applications where the installation size is required.

The gear motor consists of two parts, the motor and the mechanical gearbox. The motor is a DC brush motor, the direction of rotation of the motor can be changed by changing the positive and negative wiring of the motor.

Note:

  1. There is a deviation of about 10% or less in the factory test speed of each batch of products, this is normal!
  2. The normal service life of the JGY370 geared motor is 800-1000 hours continuous dynamic rotation, load or long time blocking or destructive testing is not covered by the warranty.
  3. Geared motor please try to avoid blocking the rotation or overload, otherwise there will be collapse gear loss.
  4. Forward and reverse control is not suitable for gears in the drive immediately switch steering, completely stop before switching steering
  5. This product cannot be used directly with AC power (household electricity), but must be used with DC power (DC 6V/12V/24V), when using the motor can not distinguish between positive and negative poles.
