A Fairey Firefly V in action during the Korean War.  Rare to see images of this particular aircraft in aviation art.  Printed on 250gsm heavyweight acid free cartridge using lightfast inks. Overall size 66x40cm, image 58x39cm. 'Sting of a Firefly' is a limited edition print of 950 copies. Of which only Nos 1-350 are signed by nine veteran pilots and the artist C. Launchbury. Included is a 'biography' print with photos and details of the nine pilots who countersigned the print.
