Polite notice.... I have a few of these coins in this condition. These are STOCK PHOTOGRAPHS of one of them and the coin you will get LOOKS like this coin but not the coin photographed. Be assured all are in the same condition - grade with toning etc.
This is a South African 1/4 penny coin dated 1928.

Please note: I am not a coin grader so please see close-up photographs provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition for yourself.

It measures 20mm in diameter.

My stock ref : Coin box #X

Global Shipping Program does not allow coins to be sent which is a little bizarre, is that because they do NOT trust their own delivery people to keep charge of the packages whilst on route ? So coins will be sent using Royal Mail.

To see ALL my other 6000+ items for sale: please click on the VISIT SHOP or click "see other items", strangely both only have a limited view of what I have to offer on each platform so to see everything click on Shop by Category which will give you a much better view.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal Coke can, and we all know how big those are.

If you see A/F = a/f in the title or description it means "as found" condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage. In relation to all my listings it does not mean " about fine ". I have used A/F  for " as found " for 45 years.
