You are buying the 2011 Star Wars Clone Wars battle pack The Hunt for Grievous.  This pack contains figurines for General Grievous, Captain Rex, and Kix.  It also includes Battle Game cards and dice to play the game.

This is still sealed and the box has a couple small scratches, but no bends, dings or other noticeable damage.

I bought these years ago to collect and they've been safely in a box since I purchased them originally.  I cannot guarantee they are in mint condition, but back in the day I purchased figurines that were in good shape at the store and kept them carefully in a box.
