This is a pair of 1968-72 GM Deluxe Seat Belt Retractor Covers. 
Both are Gm originals. RCF-400 stamped on the front sides. 
They are a Black In color. 
No cracks on Pass side cover but on
Driver side cover has broken piece around Seatbelt opening on the plastic cover ( shown in photo )

You Would Have them on Corvette, L88, Camaro, Z28, RS, SS, Monte Carlo, Caprice, Chevelle, El Camino, Impala, SS, RS, Nova, Pontiac, Firebird, Trans Am, GTO, Tempest, Lemans, Catalina, Bonneville, Buick, GS, Skylark, Riviera, Electra, Lesabre, GSX,  Oldsmobile, 442, Cutlass, Supreme, Hurst, F-85, Toronado, Yanko, Cadillac, Eldorado, Fleetwood, Brougham, Coupe, Sedan Deville , Coupe Deville
