This is a McGill NYLA-K Pillow Block Bearing marked on the package as part number C-25K 3/4. This is new old stock but the box does show lots of shelf wear. My boss bought out a parts department from a plant that was closing down. There will be plenty more of items from their parts and maintenance department listed in the future.
