Vintage Fisher-Price wrist or ankle rattle. Plush panda face with a red and white polka dot strap. Rattle inside that rattles when shaken. Labeled as "670 Panda" and made in Mexico. Slightly pilly and definitely shows signs of wear/use. No rips or stains. Hook & loop fastening is in great shape and fully functional. Copyright is 1984. Measures approx. 3" tall (the panda portion). Smoke free home.
