Personalising your card:


For the front of the card please use the personalisation box to include the name, relationship and wording if it differs to what is shown in the images.


If you wish to have a message printed inside the card, please select that option from the dropdown menu.  When you checkout please 'Add a note to seller' and type your message there.  It's really important that you please check your spelling etc as the message will be copied directly from your message to our editing software.  We will only rearrange the layout/format but will not check spelling due to our fast turnaround times.

Having your card posted directly to the recipient:


If you would like us to post your card directly to the recipient please ensure that you insert their address into the delivery address information at checkout.  If this is not done the card will go to the delivery address on the order.  


For security reasons we cannot change the delivery address details once the order has been placed, the only way to rectify this would be to place a new order and once placed request a cancellation of the original order.

Turnaround time for the card is 1-2 working days (this does not include Saturday & Sunday).

Postage options:


The method used is 2nd class which should take 2-4 working days.  You can upgrade to express shipping which will ensure your card is sent 1st class.  If you need your card with a guaranteed delivery option, please send me a message prior to ordering so I can customise the listing.

Returns:


Returns are not accepted on personalised cards unless we have made an error on the personalisation in which instance we will happily send a corrected product.

Miscellaneous:


There may be a slight variation in colour that that shows on your screen to the actual printed version.  This is caused by the way different graphics cards handle colours on screen.


Any watermarks shown on the listing are there to protect against image theft.  The final product you received will not contain any watermarks on the image.


We do not use actual glitter on our cards, any glitter or foil effects in the images is printed.
