Real Deal Antique Art Neuvo / art Deco style from early century American high society POSH style.  Of Course it would be better if it was Sterling, but we can make do, I think? Beeswax candles as seen included.

Is this a 35 year commemorative set? Two dates engraved 1888 and 1913  with a Solid engraved R on one face of each but plain unmarked on the other face side. 

I have not found any comparable candle sticks.  lmk if you recognize them!
