This Plug&Play control unit gives you the option of opening or closing the exhaust flaps as required. The control unit works with the standard system without any problems and lets you enjoy completely new sound experiences. Of course, the effect is even stronger in combination with a sports exhaust system.

Easy installation:

The control unit comes pre-assembled and pre-programmed incl. illustrated installation and operating instructions. Thus, the assembly is done easily and quickly in a short time. On request, the installation can also be carried out at our premises.

Guaranteed Compatibility:

The control unit fits seamlessly into the vehicle electronics, is 100% compatible with the specified vehicle types and does not cause any errors in the vehicle electronics. Nothing needs to be changed on the vehicle for installation. The device can be removed at any time without leaving any residue and is therefore also ideal for leased vehicles. The device does not consume any quiescent current when switched off and therefore does not affect the on-board electronics.

You choose the right mode yourself:

1. Sport mode: Flap(s) permanently open with a sporty, robust sound regardless of the driving situation and vehicle settings
2. Comfort mode: Flap(s) permanently closed with a subtle, restrained sound regardless of the driving situation and vehicle settings
3. Series mode: Control of the flap(s) as before in the standard configuration, e.g. for service, TÜV, etc.
4. Freestyle mode: Flap(s) 50% open for individual sound and volume configuration 

Additional functions:

You can later decide for yourself whether the control unit remembers the last mode set, which is then automatically reactivated the next time the engine is started, or whether a certain mode should always be activated when the engine is started, for example, regardless of the last setting.

In addition, the control unit has a special function with which the mechanical stops of the exhaust gas flaps are reprogrammed. This is necessary, for example, when replacing an exhaust flap, removing and reinstalling an exhaust flap or if an exhaust flap is to be installed in a different exhaust system so that it then works correctly.

DELUXE controls with the following advantage: The control includes the flap diagnosis. This means that our controller constantly monitors the exhaust flap(s) and detects a malfunction (e.g. flap is stuck, stiff, does not reach the end position, ...) and reports this to the vehicle.
