Rare black Sekonda Poljot Strela 3017 chronograph watch vintage USSR.

The watch is in average working order.  There are some minor scratches on the case and back and sides.  There is no arrow on the small dial on the right side, but it is under glass.  There is no pulley on which the arrow is put on.  See photo for details.  You will have what you see!
