Introduction:

The main chip is IRS2092S, which is a chipset of integrated audio driver IC, with characteristics such as protected pulse width modulation (PWM) switch and IR complete digital audio MOSFET.

This chip is mainly designed for high-performance Class D audio amplifier applications, such as home theaters, home stereos, active speakers, musical instruments, and professional audio applications. The resistive and capacitive components are produced using the original ROHM (Rom), with high accuracy and good stability. The front-end input operational amplifier adopts LF356, which is an operational amplifier composed of field-effect transistor differential inputs. With FET as the input stage, it not only has high input impedance and low input bias current, but also has advantages such as high-speed, broadband, and low noise.

The power filter capacitor adopts ENA FOR AUDIO audio dedicated capacitor. ELNA audio dedicated electrolytic capacitor can be seen in many middle and high-end audio equipment, especially in Tianlong Denon, Marantz, Golden Throat Accephase, Music Tour Electrocompany, and other HI-FI and HI-END audio equipment.

The signal output filter inductor adopts the digital power amplifier special inductor produced by SAMAGI, which is originally imported. It allows for high DC current, low impedance, high efficiency, shielding, low high-frequency radiation, and less magnetic field interference.

Power connection method: The IRAUD2000 power amplifier board requires two sets of power inputs: one is the main power supply (DC +/-33V---80V), and the other is the auxiliary power supply: DC +/-9---15V or AC Dual 6---12V; There are markings on the board, just wire according to the markings.

 

TIPS:

◆ This board already has a fully functional protection circuit, including overload, short circuit, overheating, on-off impact, etc. Generally, there is no need to add an additional relay for use. If the speaker is particularly expensive, please add a protective circuit with a relay.

◆ When the power amplifier board operates at high voltage and high power output (DC voltage>60V), the step-down resistor, output filter inductance, and heat sink may become slightly hot. The main heat generation comes from the step-down circuit, which is within the acceptable range. It is recommended to add a fan for auxiliary heat dissipation, especially in enclosed spaces.
