The gemstones I use are ethically sourced, a natural product, and all hand-cut, so there may be slight differences between individual stones.
Howlite is milky white or grey and is interspersed with black or dark brown veins. These veins are the matrix, or surrounding stone. Its porous property makes it easy to dye, and many modern designers are producing Howlite designs featuring dyed Howlite – often emulating Turquoise.
Each item is lovingly gift-wrapped in a burlap gift bag so that it would make a beautiful and unique gift.
