The front and back covers show signs of edge wear and light overall wear, but cover looks decent overall - the original owner (Keith Grubbs) scribbled his name and address inside the front letter with blue pen. There are no tears or rips.

The inside pages have a few pen scribbles etc, but are clean otherwise.
