By noted political cartoonist Peter Clarke, this original pen, ink and gouache drawing depicts the SDP Gang of four. It is signed and dated 29th March 1982, 4 days after Roy Jenkins won the Glasgow Hillhead seat in a coup for the party. Clarke was a hugely important politcal cartoonist, and one of only 11 to winthe prestigious Cartoonist of the Year award. The work is well framed, clean and ready to hang.
