A forklift is not required.

Large items such as 4U servers will be sent on a wooden pallet with a pallet courier - tracking for pallet deliveries are available on request. Packaging: We use custom protective moulds that surround the corners and edges of our machines. The foam mould not only protects the machine from impact and physical damage, it suspends the machine in the middle of the box preventing damage to the machine should the box become damaged.

Warranty Returns: Orders for components on their own are covered under a 90-day warranty, while configured systems are covered under a 1-year warranty. If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us through eBay and we will issue a replacement item or will repair the item for you.

Returns Process & Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly.

This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product. After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault. If your item develops a fault you are entitled to a replacement or a repair under our Return To Base Warranty which is explained below. This right to a refund does not apply to products you have bought as downloads, though - such as music, games or apps. You can, however, ask for a digital product to be repaired or replaced if it develops a fault. And if this is not possible, or is unsuccessful, you have the right to receive a price reduction.
