My feedback does not reflect on the seller as they sent the item promptly. It is about the bird feeder. It is a poorly designed feeder. When you fill the hopper with seeds, the seeds fall out the access holes used by the birds. I advise those looking to buy a squirrel proof feeder to look at a different model. Total piece of junk.

We contact the manufacturer to discuss the solution that the feeder's design requires adjusting the baffles manually during the filling process. 

1. When loading the material, the baffle needs to be pulled outward by hand. 
There are three holes on the side of the product, break it out with chopsticks or a thin pole, and then pour the food into it, and it will not leak out.
2. after filling it with food, just push back a little bit. Just leave a gap for the birds to eat

3. customers report that the base is tilted after receiving the product, which is caused by the violence of international transportation. The base of our products is made of metal bearings, which will not be crushed. It can be adjusted manually.

In response to this problem, we have also fed back to the manufacturer to strive for product upgrades. Product improvement is a long process.
