    • Moisture, skin oils and environmental factors can change the color of turquoise jewelry if left untreated. But stabilizing turquoise helps preserve the stone's normal color. Natural, mined turquoise nuggets are heated at a very low temperature for about a week, slowly drawing out moisture without damaging the texture. The stones are then placed into acrylic or polymer chemicals to replace water molecules. This stabilizes the stone and keeps its beauty and value intact.
    • Gemstones and pearls are sometimes treated to enhance their natural beauty.

    • Please note ~  Most items in my inventory are closeouts, surplus and shelf pulls. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt of item and we will issue a refund less shipping and processing fees upon our receipt of returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned back to us (unworn/unused/unopened & with original tags&factory sealed) within 14 days for refund - return shipping at your own expense. We will not reimburse the return shipping, shipping fees are part of the convenience of online shopping. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus shipping & 20% handling/restocking fee. All returns will be processed within 14 days of our receipt in the order they were received. We will email you with notification when the return process has been completed. Items received for replacement which are unavailable will be refunded or exchanged without a restocking fee.
