• No installed OS, Windows Vista Home COA legible, but barely
  
• No charger included, but uses common 7.4mm barrel type
  

This one could be restored, but it's probably best used for parts. Rather dirty (black stuff won't come off), screen has an annoying vertical line, rubber pieces are decaying, etc. etc. No serious damage otherwise, and does start and run from a live USB.
