1970’s Disco Era ~ Afro Hair Styling Comb

Afro Pik Rake

Steel Teeth, Finely Polished ~ Untangles

Made by Antonio’s. Famous for their 1960’s & 70’s Hair Styling tools designed for Afro Americans during the “Afro Hair” craze that is revisiting us now. The pik rake, or Afro comb, has Twelve, 2 ¼ inch long, polished extra smooth, strong steel teeth. It has a 3 way handle with two folding handles that fold together for one center handle and into a “T” for a Rake handle and they also fold all the way down to cover the ends of the edge teeth only 4 by 3 inches, so it fits in your pocket! The Display card it is on is sealed under plastic. It says, “Untangles ~ Lifts ~ Styles ~ Smooth non-scratch teeth.” The back says, “This product has been specially designed for natural hair styling. Finely polished for gentle smoothness without scratching your scalp. Long Lasting”.
