Good overall condition, no pin holes, some surface creases, some wear to the folds, 9cm tear near the bottom of the left side edge, writing on the reverse very lightly shows through at the bottom of the vertical centrefold, please zoom in to photos for details of condition.

Has been stored folded and will be posted folded in a plastic sleeve in a cardboard mailer with extra cardboard for protection.
