Dated on the back 1966, one of a set of postcards featuring the art of Imagineer Marc Davis. This art was used to design the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, and these postcards was sold at the park for several years beginning in 1966. Shipped against cardboard to ensure safe delivery.

This is card #010504. In the Nickel Tour Disneyland Postcards Reference Book, this is card #0784 on page 257. It depicts one of the scenes from the famous Pirates of the Caribbean attraction at Disneyland -- a pirate's skeleton, murdered by a sword in his back. 

This is a postcard the original artwork created by Disney Imagineer and Disneyland rides designed Marc Davis. Several of his designs for characters from this attraction were sold in a souvenir stand just outside the exit of the ride. Sometimes they were sold by a vending machine in the shop. I have a couple of other cards from this series in separate listings at my Ebay Store.
