In the event of a warranty claim, we ask that videos and/or photos that clearly show our part and its fault is sent across for us to process the claim and authorise a refund.

Please be aware that any returns made, through no fault of our own (including not checking compatibility, no longer requiring the part, or changing mind after dispatch), will be liable of postage costs and a labour and admin fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We will automatically cancel any orders not paid for within 4 days if no correspondence has been made from the Buyer.

Shipping

Postage (UK Mainland):

We offer free next working day delivery on most orders, dispatched within one working day following payment (complete your order on Monday, receive it Tues-Wed.

Complete your order on Thursday, receive it Fri-Mon). We will dispatch orders same day where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed unless it has been agreed.

Postage (Pallets & Large or Heavy Items):

In general, large or heavy items weighing over 30Kg (eg. Gearboxes, Seats, Panels) will be sent on a pallet.

A good, even surface is necessary to unload a pallet, and it may notbe possible to deliver on a slope. Please check with us first if you are unsure.

Collection

If you plan to collect your order from our warehouse, please contact us first to arrange a suitable time. This enables us to have your order ready and ensures that we are available when you arrive.

Returns

All orders are covered by our 30 day returns guarantee. If you wish to return an unused item, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.

Once we have been notified, please return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as when delivered.

Whenever we instruct a courier to collect an item from you, please ensure that it is adequately packed and available for collection.

Failed collection attempts will incur a £12 charge, which will be deducted from the total refund.

Regarding pallet returns, items must be either bagged or wrapped (no parts exposed), and in some way secured to the pallet for safety during transit.
