Installation 
Please also note that we highly recommend fitting a new chain with your cassette. This is because chains and cassettes wear sympathetically with each other.
Our cassettes are manufactured with fine tolerances, therefore if you do not change your chain, there is a chance issues may arise such as shifting and noise. 
To remedy this we recommended fitting a new chain and cassette at the same time.
 
Please be aware that depending on your specific hub and set up you may require a spacer for this cassette to function smoothly. This may be a 0.5, 1 or 1.85mm spacer. We do not have specific information on spacing (however, if you find your cassette has a small amount of play in it then you require one of the above spacers).

Shipping

We dispatch all orders with Royal mail 48 hour service, all orders received by 2 pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same working day. Orders received after 2 pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received over the weekend will be sent on Monday morning. We do not dispatch over weekends or Bank Holidays. Please note that the tracking on this service is for us and eBay. It is used for Proof of DELIVERY and not for tracking the item in transit ???????.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from order day subject to T&C's. Items must be returned in the original packaging and not damaged.


If you return any item that has been installed, used or damaged we have the right to deduct you upto 50% of the value. This is on a case by case basis. Please have the courtesy of letting us know if you have installed, used of damaged an item.
