This is a vintage original c.1972 poster advertising the Marco Polo condos on Miami Beach, Florida.  This poster is printed one side only and measures about 28” x 22”.  Text at the top reads “On The Beach At 192nd St. Miami Beach, Florida”.  This poster isn’t dated but came with others from the early to mid 1970s and looks to be from that same time period.   This vintage original poster has no tape or pinholes and shows moderate handling wear including edges a bit bumped in spots and a small tear on the tip of the lower right hand corner.  Overall condition is very good.
