This is a commercial-quality lockset made by Schlage / Allegion.  It features antique brass trim.  All brand new and unused, as packed in the manufacturer's original packaging.  Installer must add the appropriate Schlage key cylinder when installing.  The lock will work in either a right- or left-handed door.

These locks were excess inventory left after an installation job my brother did an installation at a local hospital.
