Néstor Gálvez-Jiménez is Chairman of the Department of Neurology and Chief of the Movement Disorders Program at the Cleveland Clinic Florida and Associate Clinical Professor of Neurology at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, Florida International University, Miami, FL, USA. Paul Tuite is Associate Professor of Neurology and Director of Movement Disorders at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, USA.
