Fraget Napkin Holder.  Hollow ware made by galvanil silver deposition.   Silver deposition on to a brass surface.  It is marked on the bottom "Fraget, N, Plaque, 4475".  It measures approximately 6.25 inches x 4.25 inches x 1 inch.
