Limited to 150 numbered copies, signed by designer and printer Chad Pastonik. This copy has been specially bound by Don Etherington in a full-leather artists' binding. The binding is that of a full calf with leather onlays in the form of fish on both the front and rear panels. The book is housed in a custom cloth-interior clamshell box. Reflections of quiet days trout fishing in rural Michigan, originally published as a chapter in the book Trout Madness (St. Martin's Press, 1960). Wood engravings by Jim Westergard from original maple blocks. Foreword by Richard F. Vander Veen. Composed in Linotype Janson with ATF Garamond on dampened Hahnemüle Schiller paper. Deep Wood Press catalogue, bookplate and Oxford University Society of Bibliophiles program (printed by Deep Wood) laid in. Beautiful one-of-a-kind binding by this renowned binder.

If you win an item in one of our auctions, if your offer has been accepted, or if you have chosen to buy an item now, please make your payment as soon as possible. We will not ship until we receive notice that the buyer has paid for the item. We expect payment within 3 days or reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping

Many of our items have free media mail shipping included! For larger, multi-volume sets, the cost is calculated by weight and will vary depending on package weight and buyer location. Please allow up to three business days processing time, although many of our orders require only one day to process and ship. Combined shipping is available for bidders who purchase multiple items.
